West 22nd lit up the stage Tuesday night at the HI-FI in Indianapolis. They brought the energy of a band that knows exactly who they are and exactly why their fans keep showing up. West 22nd blends a smooth indie-pop groove with a funk-driven bassline and polished vocal harmonies, delivering a set that feels both tight and refreshingly unforced.
From the opening track, it was clear that the band came to deliver everything they had. Their signature upbeat energy had the crowd on its feet from the start. Logan Madsen, the lead vocalist, carried the room with a warm, agile tone that worked just as well on their more explosive anthems as on the softer, mid-temp songs. The energetic stage presence of West 22nd is hard to beat. They love dancing and jumping around, and having fun messing with each other. Every moment is unpredictable. A highlight of the evening came when Logan Madsen jumped into the crowd and sang to his fans. The entire concert felt like a party.
