There’s something magical about a night at the Ryman Auditorium, a place where voices echo through decades of music history. When Noah Cyrus brought her I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me tour to the Ryman, she filled the old chapel with warmth, nostalgia, and raw emotion. Known for her soft blend of country and folk, her music feels personal and reflective, like pages pulled from a diary. I first heard “July,” and was instantly drawn to the honesty in her voice. The kind of honesty that lingers long after the last note. Seeing her perform songs from her newest album live added a whole new depth to that connection.
The night opened with Carter Faith. She led with singles from her new album Cherry Valley. With a soft mix of country roots and vintage influences her emotional vocals and strong story telling captivated the audience setting a new aged country tone for the evening.
Next to grace Ryman’s stage was Braison Cyrus, Noah Cyrus’ older brother. He opened his debut show on this tour with a southern americana atmosphere. He later joined the stage alongside his sister and announced the release date of an upcoming album: November 27th.
I have seen many shows at the Ryman Auditorium, each one more ethereal than the last. With her soft country and folk leaning style, Noah Cyrus created a dream like ambience floating through the air of the old chapel. From the way she performs and interacts with the audience, you can tell she is driven and inspired by her fans. Featuring her latest album I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me, she touches on deeply personal themes and collaborates with many guests that feature important roles in her life both on the album and the stage. Noah Cyrus shared the stage with her opening acts Braison Cyrus and Carter Faith as well as friends Stephen Willson jr. and Tanner Adell. The most moving moment of the night by fair was her performance of July. Dedicating the song to the audience and her fans, she gave a heartwarming and tear producing speech about her journey and the artistic breakthrough the song produced for her career.
Overall, the show was a beautiful display of storytelling, family, and connection. The kind of night that reminds you why live music matters. Noah Cyrus created a space that felt intimate yet powerful, filling the Ryman with emotion and gratitude. I would see her again in a heartbeat. For fans of artists like Kacey Musgraves, Brandi Carlile, or Lana Del Rey, Noah Cyrus offers a sound that’s both haunting and full of heart. Her I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me tour continues through the fall, and tickets and updates can be found on her official website.
