As the eras go by, alt artists come and go pretty quickly, most of them without leaving much of a mark. From basement shows to grimy little dive bars, there’s no shortage of vocal-heavy rock bands popping up on every corner and filling your feed with new songs. It takes a lot to stand out and really make a lasting impression. From her breakthrough hit, In My Room, to her Deep End World Tour, Julia Wolf is standing head and shoulders above the rest of the crowd. Released in 2026, her album Pressure is filled with nothing but songs you’ll want to immediately add to your playlist. From guitar-heavy, rock powerhouse Loser to slower and more melancholic You’ve Lost A Lot Of Blood, the album covers a wide expanse of sounds and feelings that truly captivate your attention.
On her Deep End World Tour, Julia is bringing the album to life right before your eyes. Starting the night with an opening from shoegaze artist Bee Blackwell (pictured right), Newport Music Hall is instantly filled with a dreamy, soft rock that carries you away. As the first act dies down and the stagehands gear up for the main event, the crowd audibly shifts into an excited murmur. The lights dim, and the crowd swells to the barricade. Styled by Alexandra Smith, Julia hits the stage in a perfectly curated Y2K ensemble that would make Bella Swan sick with envy. Surrounded by fog and flashing lights, Julia kicks off the show with fan favorite Wishbone and leads the night into the rest of her discography. It’s truly so special to see artists visibly excited and thrilled to be on stage, and Julia is the perfect example of that. Even during her most heart broken ballads, she can’t stop sneaking smiles at the crowd in front of her. The stage design, the lighting that would make any rockstar jealous, the gorgeous vocals, and an artist that truly cares about her music all come together to present the Deep End World Tour in all its beauty. Aside from her already impressive solo work, Julia has collaborated with artists like Drake, Kellin Quinn, RJ Pasin, and more to bring you amplified hits that take her vocals to the next level. Whether she’s performing in a music hall in Columbus, Ohio, or hitting the stage at Lollapalooza, Julia Wolf is putting on a performance you won’t want to miss. Catch her now on the Deep End World Tour!
